They Will Never Make It! 3 Peaks Challenge
March 13, 2009 – 10:20 pmI will be doing the 3 Peaks Challenge in June this year. The Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours. The peaks are Ben Nevis, 1,344 metres (4,409 ft), Scafell Pike, 978 metres (3,209 ft) and Snowdon, 1,085 metres (3,560 ft). There are 12 of us doing the walk, mostly from work but with a few interlopers.
By doing this, we are loooking to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK. There are more details on our website – They Will Never Make It! or just head straight over to Justgiving to donate some cash.
