TermLauncher Applet 0.0.3

This is a bug fix release which fixes an issue with the applet not shutting down cleanly when a user logs off. I've also cleaned up the source package to allow an Ubuntu package to be created - thanks to Mitsuya Shibata. Download: TermLauncherApplet-0.0.3.tar.gz
